Ministry of Electronics and IT (MoE&IT) committee recommends setting up the India Semiconductor Research Centre (ISRC)

ISRC would be a world-class research institution with an aim to make India a global foundry supplier for semiconductors, packagers, and integrated systems from design to products.

ISRC is part of India’s strategy to become a global semiconductor research and innovation hub.
